PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain bonding strength between a shaft and a bush, and also to suppress a manufacturing cost, even if thinning a structure. SOLUTION: A bush 2 comprises an inside bush 3 formed of a sintered metal article, where a shaft 1 is bonded by press-fitting at a center, and an outside bush 4 which is formed of a metal press-forming article engaged with the outer peripheral part of the inside bush 3 and bonded by caulking 6.
