PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit in which the offset can be canceled with a small chip occupying area regarding the amplifier circuit having an offset cancel function. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit (100), which outputs an output signal corresponding to the difference between an input signal and a reference voltage (VO) by a differential amplifier circuit (111), is characterized by having a digital offset cancel part (112), which detects an offset voltage of the differential amplifier circuit (111), stores digital data corresponding to the detected offset voltage, and impresses the voltage corresponding to the stored digital data as the reference voltage (VO) of the differential amplifier circuit (111).
