PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction circuit capable of making input voltage rise/fall in a short period of time as much as possible while reducing pop noise. SOLUTION: A circuit 1 reduces pop noise that occurs when the input voltage to a headphone amplifier 61 rises/falls. The circuit 1 is provided with a waveform shaping means for shaping waveforms so as to make the gradient of the rising/falling waveform of the input voltage relatively small at initial and last parts and relatively large at a middle part.
