PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut member with a simple structure simply fixable by pushing it in even when there is only a small space for mounting work for mounting on a flat member to be mounted such as a body panel. SOLUTION: The nut member 1 for use in mounting a mounting member such as a part on a member to be mounted such as a panel includes a plastic clip 2 and a metallic plate 3. The clip 2 has a pair of locking legs 10 for locking to a member to be mounted by inserting the member to be mounted into mounting holes. The plate 3 has holes 21 for receiving the pair of locking legs 10 of the clip 2, locking parts 22 for locking to locking shoulders 15 of the locking legs 10 inserted into the holes 21, and a nut 11 for screwing a bolt.
