PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an enough clearance for evacuation which is closed by a heat resistant fire preventive sheet mounted onto a lower end of a shutter curtain to be retreatable upwardly when a person is caught thereunder upon a fire, and to eliminate the event so as not leave the fire preventive sheet under a shutter box when the shutter curtain is housed in the shutter box. SOLUTION: A bridging plate 11 and stopper legs 12 are mounted on the lower end of the shutter curtain 3. The fire preventive sheet 9 made of a heat resistant fibrous material is fitted to the bridging plate 11. An engaging piece 25 which is movable in a vertical direction and relatively to the stopper legs 12 is mounted to each of the stopper legs 12. An end of a wire 29 is fitted to the engaging piece 25 and the other end thereof is fitted to the lower end of the fire preventive sheet 9. When the shutter curtain is wound by a winding drum inside the shutter box, the bridging plate 11, the stopper legs 12 and the fire preventive sheet 9 are moved upwardly, and the engaging piece 25 is engaged with a lintel 36 and is moved relatively to the stopper legs 12 to pull the wire 29 so that the fire resistive sheet 9 is turned up.
