PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation door capable of securing both sound insulation and ventilation performance and its structure. SOLUTION: The sound insulation door 1 is roughly constituted of a rectangular frame 15 constituted of a plurality of lateral members 4 arranged in the structural face of a rectangular frame body 2 and a rectangular frame body and a pair of face plates 3a, 3b airtightly connected to the rectangular frame. The face plate 3a is connected to the front face of the rectangular frame 15 and the face plate 3b is connected to the rear face of the rectangular frame 15. The lateral members 4 are arranged in specified distances in the short direction of the rectangular frame body 2, that is in the parallel direction with the upper frame member 7 and the lower frame member 8, the both ends are connected to the vertical frame members 9, 9, the door inside space surrounded by the rectangular frame body 2 and respective face plates 3a, 3b is partitioned into a plurality of divided spaces 21. Further, in the lateral members 4, through holes 11 are formed respectively to be parallel to the longitudinal direction, that is in parallel with the vertical frame member 9.
