PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof tile excellent in flame prevention and workability without imparing the beautiful appearance of the tile itself, while keeping the use of metal fittings for execution to the minimum. SOLUTION: While an under plate 2 of adjacent pantile 1 is covered with an overlap 3, a guide piece 9 formed at the end face of the head side 4 is engaged with an inverted L-shaped slide guide part 8 formed on the tail side 5 of the lower stage pantile 1 face of the head side 4, to unify the connected upper stage with the lower stage and by the unification and sliding the engaged state of the slide guide part 8 and the guide piece 9, the pantile 1 excellent in workability and making it possible to change the working length while retaining disaster prevention performance can be obtained.
