PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dropping off of a ceiling luminaire plate from a ceiling joint by mischief by a passenger in a cab and carelessly pushing a lengthy article thereto. SOLUTION: At inspection and exchange of a light source body 5, closure plates 4b, 6b of ceiling luminaire plate insertion holes 4a, 6a are removed by obliquely raising up the ceiling luminaire plate 8 as a broken line. Thereafter, the ceiling luminaire plate 8 is moved along a car room ceiling lid 3 and one end of the ceiling luminaire plate 8 is projected to the outside of the cab from the ceiling luminaire plate insertion holes 4a, 6a.
