PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for a wet tissue which does not become unstable and can prevent the container for the wet tissue from largely moving when the wet tissue is taken out. SOLUTION: The container 100 for the wet tissue has a container main body 110 having an opening 111a for storing and a storing part 111, a lid part 120 and a hook part 130. A taking-out opening 121 for taking out the wet tissue and a lid part 122 for the taking-out opening for opening and closing the taking-out opening are formed on either a storing opening face side of the container main body 110 or an face side opposing the storing opening face. The hook part is extended in the direction separating from the taking-out opening 121, and can be arranged along the outer face of the container main body, and has a hook main body 132 with a pinching part 136a and a hook supporting part 131 for supporting freely rotatably the hook main body to the lid part or the container main body.
