PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box, on which an insertion part for a shaft-like suspension implement can be formed without using an extra material, and which makes an article invisible from the outside and prevents the article from slipping off. SOLUTION: The packaging box 1 has two counter walls, each of which is composed of two overlapping cardboards. The inserting part 9 for the shaft-like suspension implement is formed on two cardboards forming the two counter walls. The insertion part 9 has a size that allows the shaft of the suspension implement to be inserted into each cardboard forming the wall and is formed by making an incision with a separable part. Two incisions are formed on two cardboards forming respective walls, respectively, in such a way that the incisions are arranged to be coaxial and separable parts of the incisions sandwich the axis penetrating the incisions.
