PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust mount rubber, reducing an initial spring constant and enough absorbing vibration of an exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: This exhaust mount rubber includes a first engagement part 2 having a first engagement hole 1 engaged with a member to be engaged of the car body side, a second engagement part 3 having a second engagement hole 3, the axis P of which is laid along the axis of the first engagement hole 1, a pair of connecting parts 5 connecting the first engagement part 2 and the second engagement part 4 outside in the radial direction of the first and second engagement holes 1, 3, and a pair of first stopper parts 6 positioned between the paired connecting parts 5 and projected toward the counterpart side from first engagement part 2 side and the second engagement part 4 side. The paired connecting parts 5 are formed with the outside projected as a circular arc, seen from the direction corresponding to the axial directions of the first and second engagement holes 1, 3, and both end parts in the cross direction of the tip side of each first stopper part 6 are provided with a pair of second stopper parts 8 individually projected toward the inner peripheral surface 7 of the connecting part 5.
