PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor mat for a construction machine and a construction machine capable of facilitating cleaning and eliminating uncomfortable feeling. SOLUTION: The floor mat 21 for the construction machine is laid on the front side of a seat 11 for operation disposed in an operation portion 3 of the construction machine. A front floor mat 23 which is a region separated from the seat 11 for operation by a distance and is a leg operation region having a swing pedal 13 and an option pedal 14 as a leg operating member is a tilted plane of which front side is lowered.
