PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head capable of stably ejecting ink at a low voltage. SOLUTION: A tip portion of an ink guide member 50 of the inkjet head 3 is formed to be in a cone shape and a control electrode 44 is directly formed on the tip portion. An electric field can be collectively generated on the tip portion of the ink guide member 50 so that a fine ink droplet 18 can be ejected from a meniscus 16 covering the tip portion of the ink guide member 50 toward a recording medium 42. As the tip portion is made to be sharp, the ink droplet 18 can be made to be fine, and then the high density recording can be carried out. As the intense electric field is generated on the tip portion even when the voltage applied to the control electrode 44 is low, it is possible to make the voltage necessary for ejecting the ink to be lower than heretofore.
