发明名称 WRIST OSCILLATING MECHANISM FOR ARTICULATED ARC WELDING ROBOT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and durability of feed of a welding wire to implement high welding quality, and to expand an operational range of a robot, by suppressing bending or twisting of the welding wire which moves in a torch cable disposed in an upper arm, with respect to unavoidable bending of the torch cable based on complicated movements of rotation and oscillation of a wrist part. SOLUTION: A mechanism for oscillating the wrist part at a tip part with respect to an upper arm is a connection body 16 made of two or more links 14, 15 so that a broken operation can be performed. When the torch cable 7 gets out of the upper arm and passes through the link connection body 16 and goes to a welding torch, the cable is gently bent along each link so that the welding wire which moves in a wire conduit disposed in the torch cable 7 can be smoothly fed to the welding torch.
