PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tool for passing the tip of an extra fine stock wire, and an extra fine wire drawing device with the tool. SOLUTION: The guide tool 4 for passing the tip of an extra fine stock wire through a die hole comprises a set table 9, a lid 13 which is tightly attached to the set table 9 and has a loading face, a guide groove 51 which is expanded from an inlet to an outlet formed in at least one face of the set table 9 and the lid 13, a fluid discharge groove 17 formed in an outlet portion of the lid 13 so as to be communicated with the outside from the guide groove 51, and a fluid feed hole 8 which is communicated with the guide hole and inclined in the direction from an inlet 11 to an outlet 12 of the guide groove 51. In the extra fine wire drawing device with the tool, the guide tool 4 is placed in the recessed part 14 of a body 10, and a die 6 is set in the recessed part 14 of the body 10 rotatably with the die hole 7 as the central axis.
