The scrapper has a fixed frame (1) in the form of a hand rest and is reinforced at a hand grubber. A scrapping surface (2) is placed on a front side of the frame. The frame has depressions for receiving the fingers of a user such that the frame surrounds the hand of the user. A torque generated due to the hand movement imparts high pressure on the scrapping surface for removing the ice.
