<p>A cementless artificial joint system using a composite material jointed to a bone without using cement, preventing a looseness from occurring for a long period, providing an excellent durability, and having an external shape and a rigidity suitable for each patient, comprising a stem (1), using the composite material inserted into an insert hole (8) bored in the bone (7) and fixed to the bone (7) without using cement, having a body part (3) in which the outer surface shape in a spiphysial area is so formed as to generally match the inner surface shape of the insert hole (8) and the rigidity near a boundary area between the spiphysial area and a diaphysial area is varied to be lowered toward the diaphysial area and a neck part (2) installed on the base end side of the body part (3) for installing the spherical head part of an artificial joint.</p> |
