<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical signal receiving apparatus with a wide dynamic range and to provide a DC offset adjusting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The optical signal receiving apparatus is provided with: a photo-electric transducer; and an electric signal amplifier integrated circuit that supplies a power voltage to the photo-electric transducer and processes an output signal from the photo-electric transducer. The electric signal amplifier integrated circuit is provided with: a current detection circuit that comprises a first current mirror circuit for detecting a quantity of current flowing into the photo-electric transducer and outputs a first output current corresponding to the detected current quantity; an amplifier circuit that amplifies the output signal of the photo-electric transducer; and a DC absorption circuit that absorbs a DC corresponding to the first output current from the output signal of the photo-electric transducer inputted to the amplifier circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
