PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power charge calculation system and method capable of coping flexibly with requests of individual electric power consumers as to selection of power sources.

SOLUTION: A kind X of the power source for power generation selected by the power user (consumer) is acquired when finding a charge Q corresponding to electric power P used by the power user, and the power charge Q is found based on the electric power P in response to the kind X of the power source. A calculation method Y for the power charge Q is set therein in response to the kind X of the power source, and the power charge Q based on the electric power P may be calculated pursuant to the calculation method Y.
