PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electronic timer device which has a boss that fits into a single opening hole of a flash plate and enables the single module-sizing of a case as a whole. SOLUTION: The compact timer device has a first wiring board placed in a body having a load circuit electronic switch circuit with a power circuit element including a rectifying circuit and an electrolytic capacitor, and a second wiring board placed in a cover having a timer control circuit which receives control powers from the rectifying circuit and the electrolytic capacitor in the load circuit electronic switch circuit to control the switching of the load circuit electronic switch circuit.
