PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restrictions on device design due to a strap attachment portion, and to reinforce the attachment portion. SOLUTION: A front case 13 and a rear case 14 are put together for the constitution of a case body 12. An attachment member 16, having a catch bar 23 for stopping a strap, is integratedly formed by resin, and a metal plate is deposited on its outer surface. The attachment member 16 is installed in the vicinity of the area, where the front case 13 and the rear surface 14 are fixed to each other. An engagement section is provided in the attachment member 16, to engage with the inner faces of the front case 13 and the rear case 14 constituting the case body 12.
