摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage detection circuit for a lithium ion battery capable of accurately detecting a battery voltage. SOLUTION: A controlling circuit 10 comprises a cell voltage conversion circuit 2 and a multiplexer 3 for separating the analog voltage of at least the lithium ion battery 1 to be measured from the analog voltage of a battery pack, an AD converter for converting the analog voltage to a digital voltage, an adding circuit 5 for adding or subtracting the separated analog voltage and an analog voltage of a constant unit smaller than the voltage resolution of the AD converter to output to the AD converter, and a microcomputer 4 for measuring the voltage from the AD converter for a plurality of times and detecting the average value as the voltage of the lithium ion battery.
