PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening structure of a smoke-insulating and fireproof folding door with a wicket door, which can effectively secure a screening function even if the wicket door is concurrently provided, by improving a mounting structure for an airtight material and a screening material, required for a smoke-insulating function. SOLUTION: So as to close a gap which is formed between a floor surface C and an opening frame 5 of a building opening 4 in the closing of the folding door 1, the screening materials 8, which are composed of a plate-like elastic rubber, are each provided in such a manner as to be elongated to top and bottom rails 6a and 7a of first and second doors 2 and 3; the airtight material 10, which closely adheres to a jamb 5a of the corresponding opening frame 5, is provided in such a manner as to be elongated to a door end-side stile 9 of the second door 3; and the screening material 8, which is brought into close contact with the floor surface C, is provided in such a manner as to be elongated to a bottom rail 6a in the state of being deviated to an outdoor side A, in the first door 2, and provided in such a manner as to be elongated to a bottom rail 7a in the state of being deviated to an indoor side B, in the second door 3.
