PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition which is excellent in the adhesiveness and the processability for extrusion lamination, to provide a laminated body formed by extrusion lamination of the above resin composition on a substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method for the above laminated body. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition contains the following component (A), component (B) and component (C), with having, on the basis of the total amount of components (A) through (C) of 100 % by weight, a content of component (A) of 40-80 % by weight, a content of component (B) of 1-30 % by weight, and a content of component (C) of 10-59 % by weight. (A): a thermoplastic copolymer polyester resin having a melting point of 50-200°C and a melt flow rate of 14-70 g/10 minutes; (B): an ethylene-based polymer having an epoxy group; and (C): an ethylene/ethylenic unsaturated ester copolymer having a melt flow rate of 1-50 g/10 minutes.
