PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for a vehicle with improved merchantability by slowly opening a table at the time of using the table. SOLUTION: A table 14 rotatably supported in an accommodation condition along a back face of a seatback and an approximately horizontal full opening condition with a hinge 13 arranged on a lower side LWO as a center and slidable forward and backward is installed to the seatback of a seat for a vehicle. The hinge 13 is equipped with a spring 43 energizing the table 14 in an accommodating direction in a table-accommodating condition, and a energizing the table 14 in a full opening direction of the table 14 in a condition beyond a neutral position balanced with a weight of the table 14.
