PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical cleaning device which is used for cleaning a membrane separation device immersed in a treatment vessel by using a chemical and rapidly and surely collects bubbles generated by the reaction of the chemical with a membrane-permeating water in a chemical storage vessel to discharge out the bubbles. SOLUTION: The cleaning device is equipped with the following: a chemical injecting pipeline 20 to which a suction pipeline 10 for taking membrane-permeating water out of a treatment vessel 2 is connected; a circulation pipeline 25 which is branched upward from the chemical injecting pipeline 20 and returns to a chemical storage vessel 19 through a setup portion 24; a delivery pipeline 30 which delivers, to a deodorizing/detoxifying facility 29, a gas contained in a chemical 21 returned to the chemical storage vessel 19 from the circulation pipeline 25; and a pump 11 which sucks membrane-permeating water in a filtration process and injects the chemical 21 in a chemical cleaning process.
