PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering and discharging of grain in the vicinity of the feed starting end part of a threshing cylinder, to guide grain straw to a dust-conveying valve side and to reduce the loss of grain since waste straw and grain mixed in the waste straw are scattered and discharged from a threshing chamber and loss of waste straw and grain occurs in the feed starting end part of the threshing cylinder as a supply port of the threshing part. SOLUTION: In the head-feeding combine harvester for supplying grain straw from a reaping part 3 to the threshing part 20, a lead plate 284 as a guide for scattering prevention arranged toward the dust-conveying valve 24 is installed on the inside surface of the threshing chamber 21 at the feed starting end part 280 of the threshing cylinder of the threshing part 20 and opposite to a feed chain 9.
