<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector capable of holding a spring without using a different part. <P>SOLUTION: One end side of the spring 30 for energizing a slide member 30 is held by a holding part 11b provided integrally on a connector body 10. Accordingly, the use of a different part such as a pin as a holding part for holding the spring 40 is dispensed with, and the number of part items and the man-hour of assembling can be minimized.
