<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide spool type valve equipped with a valve body improved to be manufacturable with a synthetic resin molded article formed by an injection mold. <P>SOLUTION: The valve body having a cylindrical bore comprises an inserted article combined with the middle of the bore by insert molding. The inserted article continues with the same diameter of the bore and has a center hole part where one of a plurality of ports is opened. An inner peripheral surface of the center hole part is extended from the part where the port is opened toward a valve chest having a large diameter. After the inserted article is separately manufactured with a normal manufacturing technique, it is fixed to the injection mold of the valve body to be integrally combined with the synthetic resin molded article of the valve body by the insert molding. Cost reduction, a simple process and improved productivity can considerably reduce the production cost of the slide spool type valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
