PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a urethane-based lining layer formable at a low cost and precisely similar to a barrel inner surface. SOLUTION: FRP before hardened is stuck to a barrel vessel with the lining layer. After the FRP is hardened, mold release is performed to obtain a molded body. The molded body is fitted into a barrel vessel of the same size not provided with a lining layer, in a state of holding a requested thickness by a spacer. A urethane raw material is injected in a clearance between the molded body and the barrel vessel and hardened.
