<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the support business of an enterprise by obtaining useful and suitable answers to questions among general users. <P>SOLUTION: In the Q & A system 100, a management server 1 opens a plurality of sites (a general Q & A site, an FAQ site, a CHAMP site, and an NAVI site) in a Q & A site, an evaluation point is given to a superior answer out of answers to a question in the general Q & A site by a questioner and the evaluation point given to the answerer is managed on the basis of the user ID of the answerer.
