发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor that can cope with high-melting point lead-free solder by improving the yield in an aging step. SOLUTION: After a prescribed amount of polyimide silicone is adhered to the surface of a separator, a capacitor element is formed by winding an anode foil and a cathode foil having oxidized coating film layers on their surfaces with the separator in between, and restorative formation is performed on the element. Thereafter, the element is dipped in the soluble solvent of the polyimide silicone. After the element is pulled up from the solvent, the solvent is vaporized at a temperature of 40-100°C, and the element is heat-treated at a temperature of 150-200°C. Successively, a solid electrolyte layer is formed by dipping the element in a mixed solution of a polymerizable monomer and an oxidizing agent and causing the polymerization reaction of a conductive polymer in the element. Finally, the solid electrolytic capacitor is formed by housing the capacitor element in an encapsulating case and sealing the opened end of the case with sealing rubber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
