PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a conventional hybrid karaoke machine can use various application functions cultivated by communication karaoke systems as to MIDI type karaoke data, but can not apply those application functions to live sound recording type karaoke data. SOLUTION: Musical work recording data relating to the present invention has a data structure wherein music sound recording data wherein a sound-recorded musical work is digitally represented in real-time reproducible format and metric code data in which the metric structure of the musical work reproduced in real time based upon the musical sound recording data is digitally represented as a time series synchronized with the real-time reproduction time series of the musical work are made to correspond to each other.
