PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the contents of an old bulletin instantly and simply on a prescribed date without constructing scaffolding again and covering the main body of the signboard to display the contents of a new bulletin in the method of covering/concealing temporarily the main body of a new signboard which displays the contents of the new bulletin until the prescribed date. SOLUTION: The side faces of the main body of the signboard which displays the specific contents of a bulletin are covered by about 1 round with a display sheet on which the contents of a bulletin different from that of the main body of the signboard are displayed and which has a plurality of holes, etc., at a plurality of its end parts, respectively. Two end parts each of which has the holes, etc., are opposed or overlapped and a cord is threaded through the holes, etc., alternately.
