PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device capable of shortening a warming up time by switching a cooling water passage accurately correspondingly to a change in oil temperature of an engine. SOLUTION: This engine cooling device comprises a main cooling water passage 10 returning cooling water discharged from a water pump 2 to the water pump 2 after being passed through the water jacket 4 of the engine 3 and a radiator 5, a main thermostat 14 installed in the main cooling water passage 10 on the downstream side of the engine 3 and closing the main cooling water passage 10 when the temperature of the cooling water is low, and a coil cooler cooling water passage 20 leading the cooling water discharged from the water pump 2 to the radiator 5 after being passed through a water-cooled oil cooler 21. An oil cooler thermostat 24 closing the oil cooler cooling water passage 20 when the temperature of the cooling water is low is installed in the oil cooler cooling water passage 20 on the downstream side of the oil cooler 21.
