PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply module requiring less number of parts and assembling processes by allowing an inside coupler to be integrally formed on a motor pump without using a leader while omitting an relay coupler from a feeding coupler means. SOLUTION: The fuel supply module comprises a mounting flange member 2 to be mounted on a ceiling wall 1 of a fuel tank T having an opening portion 5 so as to close the opening portion 5 and the motor pump Ep supported by the mounting flange member 2 and stored in the fuel tank T. The motor pump Rp is vertically held between the mounting flange member 2 and a pump holder 3 detachably connected thereto. On an upper bearing bracket 18 of the motor pump Ep, the feeding inside coupler 34 is integrally formed which passes through the mounting flange member 2 in liquid sealing relation and protrudes outside.
