PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment capable of preventing a back body of the garment from gradually rising, when a person having a rounded back wears the garment, capable of decreasing inconvenience, when the person moves, and capable of making the person have a good balance in an outward appearance. SOLUTION: In this garment, a three-dimensional shape is realized by making tucks (5, 6) in areas lower than a sleeve attaching point (7) of the back body (1) of the garment. The tucks are made in such a manner that the first tuck (5) having a width of about 2.5 cm (changeable according to an extent of the rounded back of the person) is located lower than the sleeve attaching point (7) as a base point by about 3 cm (changeable according to the extent of the rounded back of the person) and the second tuck (6) having a width of about 2.5 cm is located lower than the first tuck (5) by about 5 cm.
