PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt-spinning apparatus having two or more polymer introducing passageways, capable of being easily attached to a side of a melt-spinning pack receiving part, even though used, for example, as a spinning pack for a conjugated fiber or conjugated combined filament yarn, and capable of effectively preventing polymer leakage out of a joining part of the spinning pack receiving part and the spinning pack. SOLUTION: This melt-spinning apparatus has the spinning pack on which one spinneret is mounted, has two or more of the polymer introducing passageways, and is so structured that parts of the polymer introducing passageways and the spinning pack are sealed by pressing the pack to the parts without rotating the pack, wherein any one of surfaces of a sealing packing which faces to the parts of the polymer introducing passageways and the spinning pack is formed into a planar shape and the other surface of the packing is formed into a conical shape so that at least a part of the conical-shaped surface having a packing function is inclined at an angle of 20°to 60°in the direction perpendicular to each of the polymer introducing passageways.
