PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus which reduces the amount of light reaching a nozzle surface by reflection, while securing the necessary and sufficient amount of the light so as to cure ink reaching a recording medium, and which enables the ink to be stably ejected by preventing the thickening and curing of the ink. SOLUTION: A cylindrical lens 10, which condenses light, emitted from a light source 9, into linear light linear along a recording head 4, is provided between the light source 9 and the recording medium 5 so that the linear light can be applied in the direction of separation from the recording head 4.
