PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small hole-adjustable gastric band having a plurality of chambers within a balloon portion. SOLUTION: Each chamber is supplied with a fluid through a corresponding inlet in a fluid supply tube. Each of the balloon and fluid supply tube is attached to a tension holding belt. Alternatively, the gastric band may have a plurality of balloons attached to the tension holding belt where each balloon is supplied with the fluid through the corresponding inlet in the fluid supply tube.
