The pouring out spout (1) has a cylindrical section (5) which is closed off by a sealing cap (2). The upper edge (7) of the cylindrical section of the spout is provided with a film of filling material which adheres to this upper edge. The film consists of a material which is deformable when the cap is fitted on the spout. The filling material is an elastic material and may be an adhesive which at the time of fitting the cap onto the spout has not yet set. The filling material is a material which is suitable for use with foodstuffs. An independent claim is included for a fluids container equipped with the aforesaid pouring out spout.
