The device comprises a roof plate (1), on the interior side of which, shield plates (2.1-2.3) are located. The shield plates are made of a heat-insulating material, and are arranged such that an air gap (3.1-3.3) remains between the upper-side of the shield plates and the underside of the roof plate. The upper side of the shield plates is provided with a layer (4.1-4.3), which reflects the infrared radiation outwards. The reflecting layers may be made from e.g. stuck-on foils. The air gap can be between 10 to 20 mm, preferably 12 mm.
