<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram recording method and a hologram recording apparatus which enable recording sensitivity to be substantially enhanced particularly even in the case of identical sensitivities of media, with respect to a new recording system and a recording-reproducing apparatus adopting the system, in reflection type shift multiple recordable-reproducible hologram recording. <P>SOLUTION: In the hologram recording method for recording information on a recording medium comprising a reflective layer and a recording layer, the information is recorded by alternately repeating a recording step in which an information beam and a reference beam are made incident on the recording layer from a side opposite from the reflective layer in the stationary state of the recording medium to record a pattern corresponding to interference of the information beam with the reference beam on the recording layer; and a turning step of turning the recording medium by a natural multiple of a recording shift amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
