<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel joining structure causing no damage, even if a large load acts on a joining part, without causing clearance in the joining part of a ceiling panel, in a panel joining structure when arranging a plurality of panels for constituting the ceiling. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling panel 1 forms a quadrangular plate-like body by sticking surface materials 3 and 3 to both surfaces of a core material 2, and is provided with a projecting part 4 along on side end surface except for an area M from both tips, and is similarly provided with a recessed part 5 along the other side end surface except for the area M, and is constituted by arranging grooves 6 and 6 on a side end surface of the area M. The other projecting part 4 is fitted to one recessed part 5 of an adjacent panel.
