<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zirconia oxygen analyzer which can detect choking of a dust filter or deterioration of a sensor and which can suppress the calibration error. <P>SOLUTION: The zirconia oxygen analyzer which detects the choking of the dust filter when calibration is performed is provided with a memory means for storing data on a calibration curve of the preceding calibration and a choking recognization means which calculates the calibration curve of the present calibration, compares it with the calibration curve of the preceding calibration in the memory means, and recognizes the choking of the dust filter when it shifts by a prescribed amount approximately parallel to the preceding calibration curve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
