<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a wiring resource in a laminated body. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated body comprises a plurality of layers obtained by laminating a layer 101 which comprises an electronic circuit and an electric wiring connected thereto, a converting means 103 for converting an electric signal and an optical signal for transmitting and receiving a signal between the electronic circuits by use of a light, and an optical waveguide layer 104 for propagating the optical signal converted by the converting means 103. The optical waveguide layer 104 is disposed in a lamination direction of the plurality of layers. In such a structure, as the optical waveguide layer serving as an optical wiring layer is formed on a side surface of the laminated body, the wiring resource can be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
