PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-control transmitter at a low cost being easily assembled regarding the transmitter used for remotely controlling various electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The remote-control transmitter being easily assembled can be obtained at the low cost because a crystal oscillator 6C need not be fixed on a wiring board 2 by an adhesive or the like by constituting the transmitter by forming a holding section 12C abutted against the crystal oscillator 6C to a movable contact body 12 having an elasticity.
