PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlocking control device which is capable of reducing a setting operation load regarding a plurality of interlocking controls and to provide an interlocking control system, an interlocking control method, and an interlocking control program. SOLUTION: The interlocking control device 20a has two or more interlocking controls over air conditioning system groups 60 and key groups 110 through an Ethernet 10 adopting a BAC net. The interlocking control device 20a is equipped with an electronic data input unit 21, an electronic data storage unit 22, and an interlocking master input unit 24. Electronic data are inputted into the electronic data input unit 21 by an input instruction. The electronic data designate the addresses of the air conditioning system groups 60 and the key groups 110. The electronic data storage unit 22 stores electronic data on the basis of information inputted into the electronic data input unit 21. An instruction for selecting the addresses of apparatuses out of the the air conditioning system group 60 and the key group 110 in the electronic data stored in the electronic data storage unit 22 is received, and the interlocking master of interlocking controls is inputted into the interlocking master input unit 24.
