PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced resin plate provided with an additional function which cannot be produced by reinforcement or does not accompany the reinforcement as well as the effect of the reinforcement. SOLUTION: In the fiber reinforced resin plate made by impregnation with a resin, forming the plate into a specified shape and hardening the formed body, the plate has at least one surface as a surface 11 capable of being bonded to a structure reinforcement surface, and a projection 12 is formed on a surface different from the bondable surface.
