PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sure to hold a short-circuiting terminal with the terminal positioned at the longitudinal position in its engagement direction, since a window part is provided in the sideward surface in the engagement direction in a connector housing, and a positioning part can be formed through the window part. SOLUTION: A housing chamber 17 to house the short-circuiting terminal 90 to short-circuit between male terminal fittings 70 is provided in the inside of the male housing 11. A retainer mounting hole 16 which is in communication with the housing chamber 17 and allows penetration of the short-circuiting terminal 90 into the hosing chamber 17 is provided in the sideward surface in the fit direction of the male housing 11. A first and second engagement parts 17A, 17B to hold the base 94 of the short-circuiting terminal 90 is provided in the housing chamber 17 with the base positioned at the longitudinal positions in the fit direction.
